The purpose and the advantage of the drawing in the design and manufacturing process, surface working quality and tolerance, standard and marking classification of working quality, standard and marking classification of working tolerance, Welding construction, standard and marking of seam  and welding, line diagram, 2D and 3D representation method, introduction to modeling software interface, modeling, manipulation and 2D & 3D visualization.

  4. Attendance is required min 75 %. Why? Knowledge can be transferred through handout, but “values” can’t be! So, please come and we may share good values in life.

Ketentuan Pengumpulan Tugas

Tugas dikerjakan selama 1 bulan (dikumpul sebelum mid test dan sebelum uas) dan harus sudah di ACC oleh asisten yang bersangkutan. Tugas ini meliputi penggambaran komponen/part utuh, lengkap dengan berbagai informasinya (proyeksi, dimensi, toleransi, surface roughness, suaian, keterangan benda, dan sebagainya)

Engineering drawings are to be prepared on standard size drawing sheets. The correct shape and size of the object can be visualised from the understanding of not only the views of it but also from the various types of lines used, dimensions, notes, scale, etc. To provide the correct information about the drawings to all the people concerned, the drawings must be prepared, following certain standard practices, as recommended by International Standards Organization (ISO).  Learning activities will be conducted through various method, which consists of: interactive lecture, question‐based learning, discussion, demonstration and unguided structured assignments. Assessment will be made continuously through a set of exercises, group discussion, mid semester exam and final exam. This guide book will help students prepare for learning activities throughout the semester for this subject. Preparation may include reading, preparation of worksheet and practice. Achievement of students will entirely be due to their activities and preparation. Construction of knowledge will be made through exercises, and questions available in this book. Students are expected to do the exercises, and they may move to further stage as they ready for that. Overall, students are expected to be active learners by acquiring knowledge through thinking and exercising. Students may also use this guidebook to self assess their achievement.

  7. Configuration presents 3D shapes through the concept of Orthogonal Projection (First Angle and third Angle Projection) and the view approach is functional and informative piece.
  • Projection of American and European standards.
  • Presenting 3D images (isometry / oblique) through the eyes of the orthogonal projection needs effective information presentation and its dimensions.
  • Presenting objects / images 3D projection (isometry / oblique), or otherwise as required effective information manually or freehand / no dimensional drawing tool and its presentation.
  • Presenting 3D images (isometry / oblique) through the concept and the piece looks specifically suit the needs of effective information presentation and its dimensions.

Ketentuan Pengumpulan Tugas

  1. Tugas wajib dikumpulkan dan di ACC oleh asisten masing-masing maksimal 10 hari sejak tugas diberikan.
  2. Apabila tugas belum di ACC, kumpulkan saja ke asisten yang bersangkutan. Jika waktu di minggu akhir memadai, revisi tugas-tugas yang belum di ACC akan dapat dilakukan.
  3. Setelah pengumpulan gambar ke Asisten, wajib menandatangani di lembar absensi yang ada pada asisten yang bersangkutan.
  4. TUGAS TIDAK DIPERKENANKAN DIKUMPULKAN KE DOSEN LANGSUNG TANPA PEMERIKSAAN DARI ASISTEN YANG BERSANGKUTAN.
